PK allowed me to select the AOC’s choice of a deserving cadet out of CS-11 or 24. Since someone had already been nominated from CS-11 Maj Robert Montgomery jumped at the opportunity to nominate Cadet Charland. Bill “Wooder” Wood was happy to give Col PK Waldron’s saber to Cadet Madison Charland.
