Recipient: C/Maj Tristan Briggs
Ed and I graduated from CS-15. Maj Roland Rainey had been recommended as a POC when I started this program so when I reconnected looking for a nomination he was delighted to nominate Cadet Tristan Briggs. Ed was able to fly out from Illinois to give his saber to C/Maj Tristan Briggs.
Ed was also more than pleased to give Col Bob Williams’s saber to C/LtCol Ryan Lee and Col Bob Stier’s saber to C/Capt Jason Pluger .
