Selection Criteria: A cadet from CS-11 or 30 from Louisiana (bayou boy) who AOC considers talented but lazy, a EE major.

After a great deal of difficulty it was discovered that Cadet Spencer Adolph was from southwest Louisiana and a real bayou boy. This satisfied both a squadron and region request. Mike was very pleased to be able to give his saber to 2nd Lieutenant Spencer Adolph at his commissioning ceremony.
