When I contacted the Commandant’s office for a point of contact Maj Gail Smicklas the CS-19 AOC was the stuckee. She was of invaluable assistance in getting me the information and points of contact I needed. When Buck asked me to give her Fall Squadron Commander his saber she was delighted to name Cadet Hartman. Chuck Kavcsak was delighted to give C/Capt Christopher Hartman Col Buck McCants’s saber.
