Selection Criteria: At large with AOC choice of good cadet.

Bob is another graduate of the USAF Academy Preparatory School. He asked for a good cadet from any squadron to help balance out the presentations. When I let the stuckee, Maj Gail Smicklas, know I had an open spot she told me that Maj John Barry had let her know he wanted to nominate someone. Maj Barry had also emailed me that he was available if I needed his help. When contacted he immediately nominated Cadet Pluger. Bob asked his fellow test pilot Col Ed “Test Pilot” Thomas to give his saber to Cadet Pluger.
