Selection Criteria: A cadet from CS-11 or 30 from Louisiana (bayou boy) who AOC considers talented but lazy, a EE major.
Mike Guyote was real happy to give his saber to a graduated cadet from south west Louisiana at his commissioning ceremony. He was actually Second Lieutenant Spencer Adolph at the time but he was very happy to receive the saber in a presentation case.
